Kaya & Ava

Is this lame or what switching my journal over to my cute little lassie’s website?

It is time for a Kaya update. She is doing very fine, growing like a weed. Although, a small weed. She is sorta lanky and thin by nature though, something I wish I could borrow from her. I have yet another chubby pregnancy to get through. Kaya is really cruising around, crawling and standing on her own. I think she will walk soon, in the next three months or so.

It’s still hot and I am still feeling funky. I know it won ‘t last too much longer, as both the weather and my spinning belly will return to a cooler homeostasis.

We have to get the latest Kaya pics off of the camera so if you are here to see photos of say, your grandaughter, they are coming soon!

The bugs are biting me like never before. Luckily they are staying away from Kaya on our walks, but me, that is another story. Its my plump warm pregnant flesh that is attracting them.

I am ready to move from Arizona but I have to be patient, something I am not good at. Not to undermind my personality, because heck, I am pretty cool. I just like to explore. I enjoyed living in Los Angeles and San Francisco, even Ann Arbor.

I hope Kaya doesn’t mind me writing on her website. Hopefully she will find it entertaining when she is older. Maybe it’s the out of the blue second pregnancy talking but I am homesick. I miss city culture.

I can’t believe it but I am pregnant again. I have been so sick to my stomach that I haven’t written on Kaya’s site in a few weeks. We have planned to call it quits after two kids. I still haven’t been to the doctor because I am waiting to qualify for the local assistance program, as I had no insurance. Kaya is insured under Drew’s insurance. I was planning to eventually get insured again but I hadn’t expected a pregnancy so soon. We were told that a program called Access Arizona will allow me to get the medical care I need. I am very thankful for this government assisted program as traditional insurance would not accept me with a “pre-existing condition.”

Hopefully everything will turn out easier this go around.

Thanks so much, everybody, for taking the time to comment on Kaya’s website.

All this baby stuff is making me sick to my stomach. Family of three, family of three….

doesn’t kaya looks cool hanging out at the hotel st. francis in santa fe?

tempererature wise this is the coolest we have been all summer. santa fe is often thirty degrees cooler than sedona in june, july, and august.

We go to baby yoga in Sedona today. As a prelude I put on some internet radio, WCBN of Ann Arbor, and noticed while dancing with Kaya that I am not yet able to intertwine my hand into hers. I imagine that this occurs at the onset of childhood and at the end of babyhood.

the inner voice. I AM THANKFUL and love my family. i just happen to have a sweet little pistol for a baby girl. she is currently playing with little rocks in the plant base. it is a huge ficus tree. i make sure she doesn’t eat the leaves. she is clever and is crawling from room to room. she learned how to crawl on our colorful rug at the rented casita in santa fe. we stayed there for four days before going to taos and then east toward colorado.
